Designed for patients who are IT literate, enabling patient self-management

DOCOBOWEB™ offers a lower cost alternative to devices and is designed for patients who are IT literate, already having their own PC, laptop or Mac.

DOCOBOWEB™ can send automated emails or SMS text messages to patients at predefined periods. These messages contain a web address (URL link to click) which will take the patient to their own web page within DOC@HOME®, and where they will be presented with the questions they need to answer for each observation.

DOCOBOWEB™ allows patients to view their own data, and the option to enter answers to selected questions at any time they wish, as well as at pre-scheduled times. A self-management section enables patients to set goals and actions with their health professional. The patient is then reminded by scheduled messages to ensure that they have met their goals. This section can also include their medication, list of contact details, useful web sites and any allergies.

The user interface is consistent with the DOCOBOAPP™ interface which ensures commonality of experience and helps the monitoring nurses and HCAs to understand and guide patients during phone conversations.
