Docobo Ltd celebrates 20 years in healthcare technology in 2021
2021 sees Docobo celebrate 20 years of digital healthcare innovation. A pioneer in digital health and data management and a provider of patient monitoring and population health solutions, Docobo has been delivering innovation in health and care technology since September 2001.
The company was founded by Adrian Flowerday and colleagues during an EU development programme researching the innovative use of technology to monitor blood pressure remotely. With mother, wife and sisters all being nurses, he realised that remote monitoring of patients suffering with chronic conditions would improve their quality of life and reduce demand on hospital services, and set up Docobo to develop this approach, which the company has been investing in ever since.
Docobo’s DOC@HOME® is a digital remote monitoring and case management solution for patients in their own place of residence or within care homes, providing out of hospital remote patient monitoring. Docobo’s ARTEMUS™ is a market leading population health platform which enables health systems to understand demand and make data-driven, informed decisions for efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
